If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order we’re here to help.
You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
The item should be in the same condition you received it. It’s not necessary for it to be in the same packaging.
Please send the invoice as well or simply forward the e-receipt back to us with your proof of purchase.
Once we receive your returned item we will notify you that we received it and start the refund process.
We will issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and you’ll receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your credit card issuer’s policies.
Please note we will not be responsible for the return or outgoing shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
